Signal · Desvelado newsroom

The whole market day, in one tab.

Live exchange filings scored so the four that matter sit above the seven hundred that don't. A bulk-deal tracker, a 2,424-stock screener, company pages that assemble the public record on a name, and a 24/7 channel with no ads on it.

  • Open. The tools need no account, no login and no payment.
  • Live. Filings and deals as the exchange publishes them, not on a refresh.
  • Ours. Self-hosted, including the channel. No platform in the middle.

The toolkit

14 tools, grouped by what you came to do.

It started as a newsroom and became a workbench. Each of these replaces something you would otherwise keep a tab, a subscription or a spreadsheet open for — and all of them are open without an account.

A morning on Signal

What it actually replaces.

Not a feature list — the ordinary shape of a market day, and where each tool happens to fall in it. Yours may look nothing like this.

  1. 09:07

    Before the open

The dashboard is one tab: index levels, the results due today, the corporate actions that go ex. Nothing to log into and nothing to dismiss first.

  2. 09:41

    A filing lands

One of some seven hundred filed today. It is scored an order win, so it is at the top of the feed rather than the four hundredth row of a chronological list.

  3. 10:15

    You go and look

The company page has the filing, the last six months of filings, the bulk-deal history, the fundamentals and the news — assembled, sourced and dated, instead of four tabs you have to reconcile yourself.

  4. 14:50

    A deal clears

The deals tracker carries it as the exchange publishes it: who, how many, which side. Linked to the same company page you already had open.

  5. 15:30

    After the close

The channel keeps running. So does the feed. Neither needs you to be watching for it to be there in the morning.

What it costs

Open, free, metered — and one thing that isn't on Signal at all.

This page used to say “free” and leave it there. Signal has a metered tier, so here is the whole answer rather than the flattering part of it.

Open

The tools. No account, no limit, nothing to pay.

Every item in the toolkit above — the markets dashboard, the screener, the deals tracker, filings, company pages, macro, the archive, Learn and the encyclopedia. You do not tell us who you are and we do not ask.

Free

The 24/7 channel.

Free to watch, no registration, no ads. It is served from our own infrastructure rather than a video platform, which is why there is nothing to skip and nothing recommended to you afterwards.

Metered

Premium desk reporting — three articles a month.

Signal's own premium reporting is metered: three a month for everybody, and a Signal subscription lifts the limit. That subscription is Signal's, and it buys journalism.

Not on Signal

Research reports and recommendations.

These are not on Signal at any price, and no Signal subscription includes them. They are a research service — see the boundary below.

Signal Live · 24/7

A market channel with nothing to sell you.

Live indices, breaking filings and curated segments, encoded on our own hardware and served over HLS. Not on a video platform, which is why there is no pre-roll, no mid-roll and nothing queued up next.

The line

Where Signal stops and research begins.

Both are ours and they are not the same service. Signal is open to anyone. Research is a regulated one, and it is only ever provided under an agreement.

On Signal — open to anyone

Market data, journalism and education

  • Live prices, indices, filings, bulk deals and corporate actions, as the exchange publishes them.
  • Reporting and analysis of what happened, and company pages that assemble the public record on a name.
  • Educational modules and reference material.
  • No buy, sell or hold recommendation on any named security.
  • No model portfolio.
  • No free trial of the paid research.
A research subscription

Research, issued under the registration

  • Research reports — company coverage and sector notes, with the thesis and the evidence behind them.
  • Advisory and technical calls carrying entry, target and stop, and an outcome note when they close.
  • The client desk, where everything your subscription covers appears as it is published.
  • Only after KYC, a signed agreement carrying the MITC, and recorded consent.
  • Never a view tailored to your holdings, your finances or your risk profile — that is investment advice and a different registration.
  • We never execute a trade and never hold your funds.

Signal is education and market journalism. It is not research output and is not issued under the Research Analyst registration. Research reports and recommendations are issued by Desvelado Advisory Private Limited under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, SEBI Research Analyst registration INH000028723, enlisted with BSE Limited (RAASB) under 7338.

It's running right now.

Open the newsroom and use everything in it without telling us who you are. When you want research on top of it, that is the separate subscription.
