You have the right to receive research based on objective, independent analysis — free from conflicts of interest that have not been disclosed to you.
You have the right to be informed of our SEBI registration details, fees, methodology, rating definitions and any personal interest our analyst holds in securities covered.
Our research notes carry risk disclosures so you can assess suitability for your own situation. We do not provide personalised investment advice.
You have the right to lodge a complaint and receive a written resolution within 30 days. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to SEBI SCORES or the ODR portal.
You may request copies of research reports you have received or paid for within the applicable retention period.
Our research analyst maintains independence from the companies and securities covered. Ratings and views are based solely on analysis, not commercial relationships.
Fees are disclosed before any subscription is activated. We do not charge fees exceeding the limit prescribed by SEBI for individual/HUF clients (₹1,51,000 per annum).
Any personal holding or business interest in covered securities is disclosed in each research report and on our Disclosures page.
Rating definitions (Buy / Add / Hold / Reduce / Sell) and price-target methodology are published and consistent across all reports.
We never promise or imply assured returns. All investing involves risk including loss of principal. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
We maintain all client records and research reports for the period prescribed under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014.
We take every complaint seriously. Here is the escalation path:
