Do

  • Read all disclosures, disclaimers and risk factors in each research report before acting.
  • Verify our SEBI RA registration number on the SEBI website before subscribing.
  • Assess whether our research is suitable for your financial situation and risk appetite.
  • Keep your contact details updated so you receive all important communications.
  • Report any grievance promptly using the process on our Grievance page.
  • Use our research as one input among many — consult a SEBI-registered investment adviser for personalised advice.

Don't

  • Do not act on research without reading the full report and all attached disclosures.
  • Do not assume research reports are personalised investment advice tailored to your circumstances.
  • Do not pay any fee not mentioned in our published fee schedule.
  • Do not share your subscription credentials with others.
  • Do not rely on unofficial communications purporting to be from Desvelado — always verify via hello@desvelado.in.
Complaint Process

How to raise a grievance.

We take every complaint seriously. Here is the escalation path:

Email grievance@desvelado.in or use the form on our Grievance page. We aim to resolve within 30 days.

SEBI SCORES portal

If unresolved in 30 days, register a complaint at scores.sebi.gov.in.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

For arbitration and conciliation, use the SEBI ODR portal at smartodr.in.
