Accredited, or not an individual?
For accredited investors holding a valid SEBI accreditation certificate, and for companies, LLPs, trusts, AIFs, PMS and family offices. Single commissioned reports, fixed annual retainers, or a bespoke mandate.
Work is scoped to the question rather than sold as a tier, so nothing is quoted before we understand what is being asked. The retail fee ceiling applies to individual and HUF clients — it does not apply here, but only once the accreditation certificate or the entity documents are on file.
Where the newsroom stops and research begins.
Both are ours and they are not the same service. One is open to anyone. The other is regulated, and is only ever provided under an agreement.
Market data, journalism and education
- Live prices, indices, filings, bulk deals and corporate actions, as the exchange publishes them.
- Reporting and analysis of what happened, and company pages that assemble the public record on a name.
- Educational modules and reference material.
- No buy, sell or hold recommendation on any named security.
- No model portfolio.
- No free trial of the paid research.
Research, issued under the registration
- Research reports — company coverage and sector notes, with the thesis and the evidence behind them.
- Advisory and technical calls carrying entry, target and stop, and an outcome note when they close.
- The client desk, where everything your subscription covers appears as it is published.
- Only after KYC, a signed agreement carrying the MITC, and recorded consent.
- Never a view tailored to your holdings, your finances or your risk profile — that is investment advice and a different registration.
- We never execute a trade and never hold your funds.

Is Signal the same as your research?+
No, and no Signal subscription includes research. Signal is market data, reporting and education — what happened and what it means, published to everyone at once. Research reports and recommendations are a separate regulated service under Reg. No. INH000028723, delivered to subscribing clients only after KYC and a signed agreement.
Do I need an account to use Signal?+
Not for the tools. The markets dashboard, the screener, the deals tracker, filings, company pages, macro, Learn and the encyclopedia need no account and cost nothing. Signal's own premium desk reporting is metered at three articles a month for everybody, and Signal sells a subscription that lifts that limit — that subscription is Signal's and it buys journalism, not research.

No. Desvelado is a SEBI-registered Research Analyst, not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. Our reports are investment research representing the analyst's independent assessment of securities, disseminated to all subscribers of a service at the same time. What do I actually receive on a Vantage subscription?+
Strategy streams — research published on a defined approach — delivered through the app, with the research archive and, on the higher tiers, model portfolios and desk hours. What each tier includes is listed on this page and on the pricing page, and both read the same register, so they cannot describe different products.
Who is Meridian for?+
Accredited investors holding a valid SEBI accreditation certificate, and non-individual clients — companies, LLPs, trusts, AIFs, PMS and family offices. Work is scoped per mandate rather than sold as a tier, and the retail fee ceiling applies only to individual and HUF clients.
How do I raise a complaint?+
Email grievance@desvelado.in. We acknowledge within 3 working days and resolve within 21 days per the SEBI Investor Charter dated 2 June 2025. Unresolved complaints can be escalated to SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) or Smart ODR (smartodr.in).
