Accountability with a regulator behind it
Registration places our research under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014 — qualification requirements, conduct standards, record-keeping and audit obligations. Our views now carry regulatory accountability, not just reputational stake.
Disclosures on every report
Analyst holdings, conflicts of interest, rating methodology and the basis for any price expectation are disclosed on every report — on page one, as the regulations require and as we already practised.
A formal grievance framework
Every reader and client has a defined escalation path: grievance@desvelado.in, then SEBI SCORES, then Smart ODR. Complaints are acknowledged within 3 working days and resolved within 21 days.
Fee protections for individuals
SEBI caps what a Research Analyst may charge an individual or HUF client at ₹1,51,000 per year. Every Desvelado individual plan sits inside that ceiling — by regulation, not by promise.
