A SEBI Registered Research Analyst (RA) is an individual or entity registered with SEBI under the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, who is authorised to publish investment research. Registration requires NISM certification, mandatory disclosures on every report and compliance with SEBI's code of conduct — including restrictions on undisclosed conflicts of interest.

Individual and HUF subscriptions start from ₹9,999/month for the Research plan and ₹14,999/month for Research Pro. Annual plans save 20%. SEBI's fee ceiling for individuals is ₹1,51,000 per annum per Research Analyst — all Desvelado plans stay within this limit.
Under SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014, fees paid by an individual or HUF client shall not exceed ₹1,51,000 per annum per Research Analyst. All Desvelado individual and HUF plans are designed within this ceiling.
Yes. SEBI requires basic KYC (name, email, PAN) before any paid subscription is activated. Desvelado collects this before onboarding — no payment is required to start the process. This protects both you and the integrity of the service.
