Raising something instead.
A complaint does not belong in any of the routes above, and it is not handled by anyone selling you anything.
Investor grievance. Anyone with a complaint, client or not. You get a reference you can quote and an answer within 21 days. If you already have an account, raising it from inside the portal attaches it to your file.
