Equity Dealer / Trader — NSE & BSE (Cash & Derivatives)

We are hiring Equity Dealers to join our trading desk in Delhi. You will execute buy and sell orders across NSE and BSE — cash segment and index derivatives (Nifty and Bank Nifty) — with speed and precision, tracking order flow, managing positions, and learning the mechanics of professional trading every day. This is a hands-on execution role for someone fast, focused and genuinely obsessed with the markets. Key responsibilities: • Execute equity and index-derivative orders accurately and at high speed across NSE/BSE terminals • Monitor live market flow, price action and order books through the session • Manage open positions, track exposure, and act quickly on entry/exit signals • Maintain discipline on risk limits and desk trading rules • Reconcile trades and flag discrepancies promptly • Stay updated on news, corporate actions and events that move Nifty, Bank Nifty and index stocks What we're looking for: • Fast, accurate order-entry / typing speed • Basic understanding of Nifty, Bank Nifty and equity cash trading • Calm under pressure, sharp decisions in fast markets, high attention to detail • A genuine hunger to learn the markets and grow on the desk • Graduate in any discipline; NISM certification a plus (not mandatory) What you get: a front-row seat on a live desk, daily mentoring, a clear dealer-to-senior-trader path, and a fast, performance-driven environment.
