        What we are, and what we are not

        Fees

        The fee shown at checkout is the fee stated in your agreement and excludes GST, which is added separately. SEBI caps what a Research Analyst may charge an individual or HUF client, and that cap is measured per family per year on the fee — not on the GST-inclusive total.

        Payment is taken only after you have read and signed the agreement, and only on this page. We never ask for your card details, an OTP or a password by phone, email or WhatsApp, and no employee of Desvelado will ever do so.

        Your identity documents

        Your PAN and date of birth are used to ask a SEBI-registered KYC Registration Agency whether it already holds your KYC. They are stored encrypted, and your date of birth is never sent back to your browser.

        Signing is done through a licensed e-sign provider using Aadhaar OTP, and we never see that OTP — you authenticate on the provider's own page and it returns a signature certificate, not an identity document.

        Your Aadhaar number is collected and stored, encrypted. SEBI requires us to file your KYC with a KRA within three working days of verifying it, and the number is part of that filing. It is never shown back to you on this site. Our staff can reveal it only by giving a written reason, and every reveal is recorded permanently in our audit log.

        Use of AI

        Desvelado uses AI and automation tools to assist parts of its research workflow — including data extraction, document summarisation and draft generation. Every recommendation is reviewed and approved by a qualified research analyst before publication, and Desvelado remains fully responsible for all research issued, including AI-assisted output.
